Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or using any part of the kl333 platform — including the website at kl333.io, any mobile-optimised version of the site, and all associated games, betting markets, promotional pages and account management tools — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the registered account holder or visitor) and kl333. If you do not agree with any provision of this document, you must cease using the kl333 platform immediately and must not attempt to register an account.

Eligibility

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons who are legally prohibited from gambling for any reason — including self-exclusion orders or court-imposed restrictions — are not eligible to register.

• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process. Providing false identity information is grounds for immediate account termination.

Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one kl333 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

When registering a kl333 account, you are required to provide:

• Your full legal name, as it appears on a government-issued identification document.
• A valid email address that you own and control.
• Your date of birth, for the purpose of confirming the 21+ age requirement.
• A Bangladesh mobile number, used for account verification and security notifications.
• A secure password of your choosing, which you are responsible for keeping confidential.

kl333 may require additional documentation at any stage to verify your identity, source of funds or payment method. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure. All account information must be kept current — you are responsible for updating your details if they change.

Your kl333 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other individual. You must not allow any other person to access or use your account. kl333 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to an account where the account holder failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login credentials.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All account balances on kl333 are held and displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kl333 does not apply currency conversion charges on deposits made in BDT via supported Bangladesh payment methods.

Accepted deposit methods currently include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa and Mastercard. Minimum deposit amounts are:

• Mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay): minimum ৳500 per transaction.
• Bank transfer or card payment: minimum ৳1,000 per transaction.

Deposits are credited to your kl333 account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. kl333 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification. kl333 reserves the right to request identity documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status of the account.

Funds held in a kl333 account are used solely for gameplay and betting. kl333 does not pay interest on account balances. Inactive accounts — those with no login activity for 12 consecutive months — may be subject to an inactivity fee of up to ৳200 per month, applied to the account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

Bonuses & Promotions

kl333 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered account holders in Bangladesh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general conditions set out in this section.

Wagering requirements apply to all bonus funds credited to a kl333 account. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited, after which any uncompleted bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible account unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• kl333 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value prior to completion of wagering requirements.
• Bonus funds are used before real-money funds when placing bets, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Any attempt to abuse a bonus offer — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using irregular betting patterns, or exploiting a technical error — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account closure.
• Seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day and BPL season are subject to their own specific terms and time limits as published at the time of the offer.

Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games and betting markets available on kl333 are governed by individual game rules supplied by the relevant game provider — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe and Ezugi. In the event of a conflict between a game provider's rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

• Bets placed and confirmed by the system are binding. kl333 will not reverse a confirmed bet except in cases of manifest error or a declared void event.

• In the event of a technical fault — including disconnection during a live game or betting session — kl333's system records shall be used to determine the outcome. kl333 is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Collusion, match-fixing, or any attempt to manipulate the outcome of a game or sporting event is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kl333 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account per individual, household or device.
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent verification request.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a technical error are not payable and will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that kl333 has reasonable grounds to believe is connected to criminal activity.
• Attempting to access another user's account, interfere with the kl333 platform's infrastructure, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
• Using the platform if you are self-excluded, subject to a legal gambling ban, or otherwise ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms.

Account Suspension & Closure

kl333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within the timeframe requested by kl333.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or collusion.
• A court order, regulatory direction or law enforcement request requiring kl333 to restrict the account.
• Voluntary closure requested by the account holder, including self-exclusion requests made via the kl333 responsible gaming tools or by written request to [email protected].

Where an account is closed by kl333 for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the account holder via the most recent verified payment method. kl333 aims to process such refunds within 14 business days of the closure date.

You may request voluntary closure of your kl333 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Responsible Gaming

• Delays or errors in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any inaccuracy or omission in information provided on the kl333 platform, including odds, game rules or promotional terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit kl333's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

kl333 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, kl333 will notify registered account holders by email to the address on file, or by displaying a prominent notice on the kl333 platform for a reasonable period prior to the changes taking effect.

If you disagree with an amendment, you must stop using the kl333 platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8 before the amended Terms come into force. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

The version of these Terms and Conditions currently published at kl333.io/terms-conditions shall always be the operative version. Older versions are not applicable once a revised version has been published.
